I currently live at Aviator Apartments!! I love it there, it is quiet and I have a great view of the valley from my balcony and at night the lights just make you feel as if you are right in downtown Seattle....My apartment is huge and not too expensive either!! The management always takes care of everything whenever I need them too. They are always available for me for emergencies too! I recommend this place to everyone!

Aviator had the best price for a one bedroom apartment compared to all of the other apartments that I looked at. I loved the hardwood look of the floors, stainless steel appliances, the staff and property. I decided that this would be the perfect place for my husband and I. After 5 months, I'm still just as happy as when I moved in. The grounds are well kept up and I don't have much to complain about. The location is perfect!

I have been living at Aviator Apartments for 2 years and overall it has been a great experience! The units are nice for the price and the workout area and pool are great! Overall this apartment community is a nice place to live and the price is good for what you get!
